	Guo Aiyuan obtained his Masters degree from Xi'an Jiaotong University, majoring in Communication and Electronic Engineering. He has been working at the Institute of Systems Science, National University of Singapore as a Visiting Scientist from 1995 to 1996. He has good academy background and more than 15 years of experience in ICR/OCR software development, system integration and project management. Mr. Guo's major interest includes image processing, pattern recognition, information extraction, networking and handheld devices applications.
